The building on the right was built in a traditional Tanzanian style in 2014 and has got two rooms - left wing: two single beds; right wing: king-size double bed.

 

The house on Eazy's 500 square meters plot has two rooms which are surprisingly cool due to the huge windows that let in the constant fresh breeze from the near ocean. As we have just installed solar panels on the roof, there is electricity for lights everywhere and also for charging phones etc. Rain water is collected in 500 l tanks enough for washing and cleaning.

 

 

On the left there is the veranda of the new building and next to this the back view windows.

 

 

Left Wing: Bedroom with two single beds for a peaceful sleep tucked securely into the mosquito net.

There is also a Banda, a traditional open hut built from palm leaves and local wood. It's both, Eazy's workshop where he designs and draws his batik patterns and a very cosy place for sitting and resting. Here breakfast and dinner are served and people sit and talk enjoying the cool ocean breeze.

 

 

Enjoy your breakfast with milk, tea or coffee and local culinary delights and the evening meals with Ugali, rice, sweet potatoes, beans, local vegetables and fresh tropical fruits.
The whole area is well equipped with a modern phone network, so even internet access via mobile phones is possible.
